i spent some time down in mexico this past week with a few friends. i got to borrow a tripod and tested it out on a few waves that hallie caught. please disregard all the shakiness i was getting used to the feel of the tripod hehe. oh and watch on 1080p!

this week’s feature is on my friend Alai’s website, It’s Dated. she hosts a digital marketplace for and by independent artists! she plans on hosting in-person markets soon too. there’s also a blog and a section where she reports her dreams!


i’ve been drinkin soo many smoothies and the best best best smoothie mix i’ve picked up recently is from sprouts. it has dragon fruit, mango, pineapple, and coconut. i also add in a scoop of yogurt and some almond milk. i think this is the tastiest smoothie i’ve ever had!!

i thought it would be a good week to reflect on your body’s health and wellness. i recently got food poisoning and it really put in perspective what i have been putting into my body lately. here are a few questions to reflect on:
close you eyes, take a breath, and scan your body. are you feeling any current ailments in any parts of your body? if yes, then where?
what can you everyday to nourish your body? write 2-3 things you currently do, or plan on implementing soon.
write one thing you’re grateful for that your body allows you to do.
