for my second episode I wanted to try something a little different, so I played around with slow motion. I feel like you can really tell what its like to be in the shaping room through these clips. kaila focuses on shaping the rails this week, with some help from dad! enjoy watching on 1080p!

i chatted with my two very good friends, Lindsay and Dante, and asked them about there life during the past few months and what effects the quarantine had on them. lindsay and dante both live together with two cats and a puppy in los angeles.









my favorite tea blend has been mint, dandelion root, rosehips, and grapefruit peel. if need some help getting to sleep, ill add in chamomile and lavender. i buy these ingredients in bulk, from an herb shop based in san francisco. i’ve been a customer for a few years now and am always really happy with the quality. right now, i have jars of lemon peel, dandelion root, orange peel, bergamot flowers(from my experiment a few weeks ago!), hibiscus, chamomile, rosehips, grapefruit peel, elderberry, and lavender. let me know if you ever want a tea blend and i would be happy to make you one!



my fave scents to diffuse is fitting for anytime throughout the day~ I add a few drops of orange & then 1-2 drops of the flower blend. its combines into a sweet flowery smell that transports me to a beautiful, lush garden. its not for everyone though, since the flower blend has ylang ylang in it, which can be too strong for some. i have a few spare bottles around and would be excited to make you this blend~ just reply to this email with your house address!

i felt the changing of the seasons this week, the air getting a bit crisper & cooler. i’m super excited for the fall. during this time, i always feel the need to slow down and look closely at the happenings in my life. here are a few journal prompts to help you do the same.
